Please make sure that your address is written fully and correctly, we take no responsibility in parcels going to an incorrectly given address.

Overseas Delivery
We deliver overseas, however delivery charges do vary so please contact us with a list of the items you want, code number and the quantity you require. From there we will email you back as soon as we've packed your parcel with an exact amount for postage sales@stuartmorris.co.uk.

Delays
Where the supply of your product(s) is delayed or prevented for reasons beyond our control (for example, material shortages, import delays or higher than anticipated demand) we will make every effort to keep you informed but shall be under no liability to you for such delay or failure.

Returns & Replacements
Changed your mind? No problem. If you wish to return your order, please return in its original packaging within 30 days to the address Watercolour Britain Hilltop Print Studio, Crockatt Road, Hadleigh Ipswich IP7 6RD.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Therefore we suggest you ask for a 'Proof of Posting' certificate when posting stuff back to us as we cannot be held responsible for goods that get lost in transit.

However if your product is damaged then we can offer a replacement product, or a full refund. In this instance Stuart Morris Textiles Ltd, will refund the postage for the return once we have received the faulty goods. Please allow up to 14 working days for the refund to be processed, from the date received at Stuart Morris Textiles Ltd,.

Once we have processed your returns, we will send you a refund confirmation email advising the action that we have taken. If you have not received this email after 14 working days, please call our team on 01473 824212 or email customercare@stuartmorris.co.uk
